An honors graduate from the Art Insitute of Fort Lauderdale, Hayley J. Passaro earned a degree in Computer Science and Graphic Design. Over the years she has created many award winning pieces including, but not limited to, hand and conceptual renderings and sculptures. Discovering early a passion for various forms of creative art she continues to dabble in many of them still today, but her favorite remains photo restoration. She, also, has a continued interest in airbrushing, metalsculpting, and even miniature flower arrangements. "I first discovered my passion for photo restoration in 1999," says Hayley, "when my father brought an old family photo to me in disrepair. There was some pretty extensive damage to the photo; it had been ripped down the middle and there were many stains and discolorations so I knew this would not be an easy task. He said, 'See if you can do something with this,' and so I undertook the task of restoring the photo with as much care and passion as I had with all my previous creations. Well, I fixed the image and was able to add some color to it. My family was so excited and so proud of the amazing attention to detail and effort produced, that I soon decided to share my talents with some coworkers from a past place of employment. They were so impressed that soon after they began bringing photos for repair and I've enjoyed doing photo restoration ever since." Among enjoying art as a hobby, Hayley also volunteers her time with a non-profit organization that uses exotic animals to educate kids about wildlife conservation. She has spent many hours bottle-feeding baby tigers, lions, cougars, bears, and many other exotic animals. "It's the chance of a lifetime, a dream that not many people ever get to live, so I cherish every moment with each baby as much as I can and try to help educate people so we can all help a little."
